The touch and go teak deck helipad is like a cantilevered terrace with uninterrupted views of the big sea and sky. Relax on double sunbeds that can be shaded by a large sail-shaped awning. From the bar, the crew serve anything from drinks to galley-made ice creams. A teppanyaki buffet lunch is just one option and day in, day out, the menus are from some of yachting’s most highly rated recipes – they should be, our chef wrote the book. Work up an appetite on the outdoor gym equipment, take a shower or cool down in the Jacuzzi. Drinks can be served in the pool from the forward double sided bar. For a change of scene, the forward deck lounge has a quadruple sunbed with automated controls to ensure the perfect angle. Underway or in port this is a great vantage point to survey the scene with 180o views. As evening approaches, saunter down to the bridge deck for cocktails before dinner. As with every deck on Outback, there is so much space. Sunset is a sensation that accompanies each dinner as candle power takes over to cloak the magnificent one-piece Mari wood table in soft dining light.
